付先生的经历
付先生 18岁，刚刚读完高一，由他母亲陪同来到我们这里。他们想询问一下就吴先生的情况是否有适合的机会申请到澳洲。我们的咨询顾问向他们询问了基本情况，并向他们解释了申请必须的满足的条件。
鉴于付先生已经18周岁，不能在没有雅思成绩的条件下申请澳洲的中学。
尽管一直在学习英文，但他还是感觉没有很好的语言的驾驭能力，认为自己达不到雅思5.0的水平。同时，他也很担心签证所需的时间太长。因为，一旦他决定出国学习，他就不能再在国内集中精力学习。
我们的咨询顾问向付先生介绍了新西兰的情况，那里学生签证是不需要雅思成绩的。当他听说新西兰的文化、语言、教育体制、历史的许多方面都很相近，他就决定去新西兰。他认为自己能在新西兰获得与澳洲相同的教育。
在我们的帮助下，付先生很快就申请到了新西兰的大学预科，并将在那里的大学攻读计算机学士学位。
他拿到了offer之后,马上就申请了签证.做完了体检。到他上高二的时候他的签证已经到了。
从他申请到拿到签证只花去了半年的时间。他现在是多么的高兴啊！
Mr Fu was about to complete Gao Yi and had just turned 18 when his mother brought him to our office. They wanted to see what chance there was for him to apply, successfully, for a student visa to Australia. Our student advisors counseled them in the usual manner, clearly explaining the requirements all student applicants must meet.
As Mr Fu had already turned 18 he was unable to apply for a student visa (to complete senior high school in Australia) without IELTS.
Even though he studied English throughout most of his schooling, he felt that he did not have a good grasp of the language. He didn’t believe he could obtain an IELTS score of 5.0 if he were to sit the test.
He was also concerned about the length of time taken to process student visas to Australia. Once he made up his mind to pursue studies abroad he wanted to leave as soon as possible because he could no longer concentrate on his studies here.
Our student advisors introduced Mr Fu to New Zealand where IELTS is not a requirement for the purposes of obtaining a student visa. After learning that NZ is, in many ways, similar to Australia - in culture, language, education system, history etc he decided to go to NZ. He felt that he would benefit from an education in NZ just as much as he would from an Australia education.
Mr Fu applied to one of the polytechnics and was enrolled in a package course comprising of a Certificate in English, a Foundation Programme (Introduction to Tertiary Studies) and a Bachelor of Computing.
Once armed with the above offer, he applied for his passport, took the required medical and with the assistance of our office lodged his visa application. He had just entered Gao Er when his visa application was lodged.
It took approximately 6 weeks from the time of application lodgment to the time his passport was back in his hands. He is a very happy young man today!
